Kahului Maui vertical skateboard contest 2000

This vertical skateboard contest is another segment from the film "Urethane" It highlights The Kahului ramp on Maui. Hawaii's biggest halfpipe featuring: Vernon Neuhaus, Chris Cudlipp, Mark Partain, Brendan Stevens, Bustin Justin and Tom Miyao.

Christian Hosoi skates the Kahului Bowl

Christian Hosoi considered one of the most bio and stylish skateboarder's of all time assaults the now defunct bowl in Kahului Hawaii. Another classic segment from the skateboard film Urethane. Also featuring Tom Miyao and music by the Smut Peddlers.

Mabuhu Pipe Video circa 1970's

This is a segment from my Skateboard film
"Urethane" that was produced in 2000. The
Mabuhu pipe was the first halfpipe built in
Brookfield Wisconsin in the 1970's. My brother
shot this footage on a Kodak Super 8mm camera.
The music is by a Milwaukee band called the
"Exotics". Classic Grungy super8. Riders shown are
Pat Emerick, Keith Klade and Craig Jaris.
